General Delivery information:

We currently only deliver to wholesale customers, keep an eye out for an update!

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being at the address and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.
